Effective Copilot - Exercise - Notebookers

Notebookers use Copilot’s Notebook agent. We gather content on a topic of project in a notebook. The content can be documents or pages. Copilot can then analyse the content for us. Copilot just uses the content to generate its responses - we can be sure that the responses are grounded in the content.

Organisations would like Copilot to provide responses based on their own internal documents or data rather than on general information culled from external sources.

Exercise

1. The SEGRO website has a page that lists reports and presentations. Some are these documents are in this zip file. Download these and extract the files.
2. Create a Notebook. Name it “SEGRO Recent Reports” or similar.
3. Load these documents into the workbook.
4. Ask some questions based on the content.
5. Generate an audio summary.
